Postage & Returns


SHIPPING

As standard we use Royal Mail '1st Class Signed For' service to ship all small goods. Large items including bags are sent on a couriered service. All deliveries require a signature. If you have any questions about our shipping services, please contact us on hello@meryn.co.uk.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards.
Personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
We also do not accept returns of bespoke goods, unless faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

To return your product, you should post your product to: Meryn, No. 5 Arbery Arcade, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8BL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a tracked shipping service. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns not received, that have been posted using an unrecorded service.

Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged in any way or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund. In these situations, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of the company.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@meryn.co.uk.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your product is defective or damaged and wish to exchange your purchase, please send us an email at hello@meryn.co.uk including a photograph of your item. Once your email is received and photograph inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email and that you should return your item to us to be exchanged. Please then send your item to: Meryn, No. 5 Arbery Arcade, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8BL.

Please note that exchanges of non faulty goods cannot be made more than 14 days after your order was despatched.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
